Our repair service will void your OQO battery warranty. That should not matter since you are most likely are sending it to us because it does not work and is out of warranty. If your battery is under warranty, we recommend you send it to OQO directly.

Our repair service will be completed within 2 business days and you will receive an update at that time. We will email you tracking for your package upon its return.

If we cannot fix your battery we will return it to you for no charge with a maximum shipping cost of $10.00. If return shipping is more than $10.00 you will be responsible for the difference.

This service is for OQO 02 standard and double capacity batteries only. We will not accept or attempt to repair any other manufacturer or model batteries.

Your battery is deemed repaired if it can hold a charge, and be recharged upon battery drain. We make no warranty to battery life or charge capacity.  Upon return to you, your battery is guaranteed to be in working order and you have 5 days to dispute this condition. If your battery is not operational you must return the battery for repair. If we cannot repair it at that time we will return your battery and refund all fees minus $10.00. Battery return shipping fees are the senders responsibility.

The batter repair service is not a replacement of internal electronics, circuit boards, battery cells or other. The repair process consists of bringing the battery cell voltage back to a chargeable state. Once the voltage is raised, the battery is charged by standard means and tested to ensure it will hold a charge, properly discharge and allow a recharge. You will receive your original battery back, operational and with the ability to hold a charge.

Payment must be made in full prior to the return of your battery. If payment is not made upon contact for your repair you will have 14 days to make payment by one of the authorized forms of payment. If you do not make payment you forfeit your battery and it will not be returned under any circumstances. All charges will appear under the name: SysMgt.com (System Engineering & Management, Inc.)
